PLASTISOL INK EXTRAFLEX XFE
Extraflex XFE is a range of screen printing phtalate-free plastisol inks suitable for print onto any kind of fabric.
The charateristics of Extraflex XFE inks grant a low bleed onto coloured synthetic fabrics.
The series is composed of ready-to-print colours, bases and additives.
XFE colours are ideal for “wet on wet“ printing, while on Lycra it is advisable to flash cure between colours.
These inks are also suitable for the printing of cold and hot peel transfers.

READY TO PRINT COLOURS
All Extraflex XFE colours enjoy optimal charateristics of coverage and printability (up to 305 mesh, 120T)
and are suitable to direct print onto any kind of fabric.
Process series is particulary suitable for the creation of four colours process prints with screens of 305 mesh (120T).

WHITES RANGE

LHE 0011 SUPER WHITE

extremly opaque for printing also on dark garments.

HPE 0011 FLASH WHITE

fast drying white for flash curing. Suitable for base to overprint with EXTRAFLEX inks special for dark garments.

LHE 0011/B BRIGHT WHITE

optical and opaque white for printing on dark garments.

TE 0011 TRANSFER WHITE

specifically suitable for transfer printing systems.

LBE 0011 LOWEST BLEED SUPER WHITE

extremly opaque specifically formulated for block the bleeding of the colour on synthetic fabrics.

BASES

XBE 99A002 EXTRAFLEX
CUTTING BASE

it is a cutting transparent base. It’s suitable for the print of particular effects to high thickness and shining printing colours and also for the preparation of XFE custom colours. For its elasticity it is very suitable to print on lycra where it reaches an optimal adhesion.

XGE 99A007 EXTRAGLASS TRANSPARENT BASE

it is a trasparent plastisol more shining and trasparent than XBE 99A002. It’s suitable for the print of particular effects to high thickness and shining printing colours and also for the preparation of XFE custom colours. For its elasticity it is very suitable to print on lycra where it reaches an optimal adhesion.

XLE 99A003 EXTRALAMIN BASE and XLE 99A004 EXTRALAMIN
STRONG BASE

are two adhesive bases suitable for the realization of metal print with the next transfer of “metal foil“.

HOE 99A001 WET ON WET BASE

is a cutting base for print the inks in a “wet on wet“ system.

XBE 99A045 PHOSPHORESCENT BASE

semitrasparent for print on to light colour garments or to overprint on to flash white.

we have a wide range of hot-melt powders with various granulometry and fusion temperature suitable for increasing wash resistance of the direct and transfer prints made with Extraflex XFE inks.
