Our “PANTO” heat presses have been designed and built in order to guarantee perfect application off all heat-fusion transfers.
The machine’s mechanical perfection and its robust build will ensure a long trouble-free endurance.
The perfect parallelism between hot and cold plate is the warranty for a reliable application printing pressure can be adjusted
from 0 tp 7 BAR (maximum pressure on plate 1500 kg).
Elettric and electronic components are thorouglhly inspected before assembling, which makes the machine highly reliable.
Painting is made with high-resistance epoxy powders.
The hot plate is manufactured with a casting of aluminium, copper and zinc alloy.
This ensures an even heat distribution and makes the machine indeformable.
Completely designed and built in Italy.
The fast interchangeability of the plates allows to adapt the machine to the different print needs.
The machine is supplied with one of four plate solutions at choice from Panto 4252, Panto 3545 and Panto 1520.
Then, according to your needs, you could buy an other kit plate.
The reverse ability of the plates can not be done with the “cap” plates for the printing of caps.
